Scott Tetlow

Scott is a contemporary artist known for his expressive figurative works that explore movement, energy, and the emotional connection between artist and subject. Born in Rochdale in 1969, Scott developed his creative foundations through fine art study and a lifelong passion for drawing, later rekindled after years away from painting. Influenced by his experiences living abroad, particularly the philosophy and beauty of Chinese calligraphy, his work focuses on capturing the spirit, movement, and hidden energy within each composition through expressive lines, light, and layered oil techniques.
